Northern Lights is the perfect holo glitter topcoat. It gives a fine layer of glitter over your polish and works really well over a konad design. It never gets thick or goopy and it's a quick dry. Take that China Glaze Fairy Dust!! Ooo, shiny!
Here it is over a konad, plate m51.
I purchased my bottle at Trans Design. The gold rocks too!
